Since 2004 New-Age Mews Ltd has been committed to providing first-class housing solutions at affordable rates, ensuring the dream of home ownership is within reach. Our first partnered developments – through our director Vernal Newman were Braemar Estates and 1 Rochester Avenue. Over the years, we have demonstrated our adaptability to the demands of the ever changing economic climate and design elements to furnish the Jamaican real estate market with world class finishes.

Thus far we have produced mid to high income housing solutions and will continue on the same trajectory. In 2011 our first major solo undertaking was The Kings Manor – a 24 unit apartment complex equipped with all the desired modern amenities and features. Our subsequent developments include, The Kings Vale, Zen at Seymour and Syxx – our latest project.
